The following sample pages are taken from various sections in the catalogue. The format of the catalogue is 11 × 8.5 inch. Books purchased through Lulu’s distribution channels have different dimensions: 11 × 8.25 inch, which is reflected in slightly smaller inner and outer margins. The catalogue has 700 pages.
